Questions
Plain terms.
- How do I cancel?
- In Account, choose Manage billing, then cancel. It takes a minute and needs no email or call. Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, then you are back on Free.
- Can I get my money back?
- Yes, the first time you buy a yearly or Founding plan: for 14 days, Account has a Get a full refund button. If a yearly plan renews and you meant to cancel, write to us within 7 days of the charge and we refund it. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time but are not refunded for the month already started.
- Do plans renew by themselves?
- Yes. Monthly renews every month and the yearly plans every year, at the price shown when you bought. We email you before a yearly plan renews.
- What is Founding?
- A yearly Pro plan for the first 5,000 members at $49.99. The price stays at $49.99 for as long as you stay subscribed. If you cancel and come back later, you rejoin at the regular price.
- Where is Pro available?
- Checkout is open to the United States for now, for people 16 and older. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax is added where it applies.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes: 7 days of Pro, free. Start it in the app or in Account once you are signed in. It needs no card, is never charged and ends by itself, so there is nothing to cancel. One free week per account and device. Free itself has no time limit.
